Sliced chicken breast (cooked) - 80gms
Apple, red julienne - 40gms
Green apple julienne - 40gms
Cherry tomato halves - 30gms
Soaked raisins - 15gms
Toasted walnuts - 10gms
Assorted lettuce - 30gms
Mayonnaise - 40gms
Crushed black pepper
Celery chopped - 10gms
Chopped parsley - 1gm
Take a bowl, add the apples, chopped celery, mayonnaise, cherry tomatoes, to make the apple slaw. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
In the serving bowl, arrange lettuce at the bottom of the salad container. Top up with apple slaw.
Add the sliced chicken, walnuts and raisins on top and finally garnsih with chopped parsley and serve.
