Yellow Zucchini (diamond cut) - 35gms
Green Zucchini (diamond cut) - 35gms
Red and Yellow Capsicum (diamond cuts - 5gms (each)
Carrot (sliced) - 25gms
Broccoli Florets (blanched) - 30gms
Mushroom (sliced) - 40gms
Baby Corn (cut half and blanched) - 20gms
Bok Choy (cut) - 20gms
Chinese Cabbage (red) - 5gms
Refined Sesame Oil - 10gms
Chopped Fresh Ginger - 3gms
Garlic peeled, finely chopped - 1gm
Light Soy - 5gms
Spring-onion Batons - 2gms
Peppercorn powder - 0.5gms
Corn Flour (diluted) - 3gms
Take a wok, add oil, heat it and then add the chopped ginger, chopped garlic and stir-fry. When the mix achieves a golden tinge, add in the vegetables.
Toss it well, add in the stock and let it simmer. Now add in the light soy, salt, powdered peppercorn and finish it with sesame oil, and in the diluted corn flour and toss it well.
Garnish with spring onion.
