3rd May

The Cowboy Bouncer Burger

 If there's one thing, the Americans love more than a good rodeo, it’s a good meaty burger. This meaty burger is good enough to tickle your taste buds and capture your heart. A hearty, cheesy, flavoursome patty is placed between soft, buttered burger buns, sliced veggies and slathered with ranch dressing. Burgers can't get better than this. The American dream begins with burgers like these!

 Volcano Chicken Burger

 Our burgers are carefully piled high with freshly picked vegetables and greens, delicious meat and an array of lip-smacking sauces. And dishing out a burger ‘better than the other’ each time is quite honestly second nature to us. Take the Volcano Burger for example – a deliciously succulent steak of deboned chicken leg, marinated overnight with garlic and ghost-chilli spice powder; is breaded, deep fried and layered with onion, tomato and lettuce between sliced burger buns and smothered with a ghost-chilli-infused cheesy spread and served with golden-fried potato wedges. Wanna burger?

  Brazilian Churrasco Chicken Burger

 Churrasco is a method of barbequing that the Gauchos or Brazilian cowboys leisurely invented; they’d use swords to skewer the large and finest cuts of meat, and craft stories as they grilled the meat over open fire. We’ve invited the Brazilian tradition to meet freshly baked buns. A hint of nutmeg, cinnamon and basil lend a nutty, sweet poke to a juicy BBQ-sauce-infused minced-chicken patty that’s grilled, layered with tomato, onion, lettuce between soft, ranch-creamed slices of burger bun and served with potato wedges fried to golden!

   Pimento Cheese Maiden Burger

 It wasn’t until 1908 that a southern-American lifestyle magazine brought together cheese and pimentos in a spread-recipe. The combination was a such a hit that it even pushed mayonnaise into near non-existence. Pimentos and cheese pair up yet again but in a burger! Olives, basil, paprika and peppers are combined with mustard and a Worcestershire-sauce infused chicken mince, stuffed with cheese, shaped into a patty and grilled to a sizzling golden. The usual suspects – onion, tomato and lettuce and a mustard-mayo ranch-spread layered with the patty between the sliced burger bun rounds-off this beast of a burger. Served with potato wedges.

Freshly minced chicken, olives, jalapeño, black olives, basil and dijon mustard are combined thoroughly to form a patty, breaded and baked to golden. Buttered slices of burger bun, creamed with garlic-mustard ranch, sliced tomatoes and onions, and lettuce guard the delicious chicken patty. Accompanied by golden-fried potato wedges, the Original Chicken Burger is your one-way ticket to burger heaven.

 Essentially Lebanese but adored and adopted across the Middle East, Shish Tawook or Lebanese-style kebabs stand out for their earthy flavours and distinct tang. Freshly minced chicken savours the company of garlic, lemon, cumin, cinnamon, sumac, Moroccan-mint and a special blend of tawook seasoning, before being grilled to its crackling, juicy best. Slices of tomatoes, onion, lettuce and the STAR patty grace the stage of ranch-creamed halves of a burger bun.  A portion of golden-fried potato wedges draw the curtains on this review-worthy burger!
