Woodfired pizza sauce - 100gms
White cheese dressing - 100gms
Mozzarella cheese - 70gms
Paneer - 100gms
Basil pesto - 50 gms
Red and yellow capsicum - 50gms
Parmesan shaving - As much as required!
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base. Pipe the cheese dressing then the mozzarella.
Mix 100 gms diced paneer with 50gms of basil pesto and set aside.
Arrange the toppings on the pizza
Bake in a wood-fired oven. Once baked top it with parmesan shavings and serve
