Boiled peeled diced potato 200gms



Corn flour - 30gms

Oil for deep frying

Chopped garlic - 2

Chopeed ginger - 2

Diced onion - 10gms

Yellow pepper triangle - 5gms

Green pepper triangle cut - 5gms

Chilli paste - 6 gms

Chinese cooking wine - 5ml

Sliced dry chilli - 0.5gms

Plum sauce - 15ml

Tomato ketchup - 5ml

Light soy - 5ml

Vinegar - 2ml

Sliced spring onion - 0.5ml

Aromat seasoning - 0.5ml

Take a bowl add the boiled diced potatoes,  salt, corn flour and little pepper. Toss it well.

Take the mix and deep fry until crisp and golden. (Note that the potatoes are to be boiled first and then deep-fried. Do not fry raw diced potato.

Take a wok, heat oil, add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and stir-fry. Add chilli paste, now add the potatoes add peppers and stir-fry. Add in the sauces and mix well.

Add dry red chilli, diced onion, and spring onion. Adjust seasoning and finish it with Chinese cooking wine.
