Button mushroom (sliced) - 75gms
Onion (chopped) - 25gms
Garlic (chopped) - 2gms
White sauce - 25gms
Cream - 20gms
Chicken breast - 60gms
Thyme - 1gm
Parsley (chopped) - 1gm
.1. Saute chopped onion, garlic and sliced mushrooms in a pan till mushrooms are cooked. Cool and blend in a fine paste.
2. Boil chicken-breast with salt, pepper, thyme. Cool and cut into dices.
3. Mix the mushroom paste with white sauce, cream and stock/water as required and adjust to soup consistency.
4. Check seasoning and add diced chicken to the soup.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley.
