An Iftar Treat

Many people gather to break their Ramadan fast, with an Iftar. Drinking water and savouring dates have been quite the custom, however, a few rich dishes in lines with the spirit of the grand Iftar is something that's worth looking forward to. Breaking fasts have never felt more gratifying with our line up of delicious dishes.

A combo of Dates Chocolate (3 pieces) + Dates ‘n’ Nuts Parfait + Sesame Chicken Bites.

Dates Chocolate: Succulent, ripened dates take a dip in chocolate syrup and are drizzled with well, more chocolate. There's nothing better than biting into chocolately, jammy sweet treats!

Dates ‘n’ Nuts Parfait: A parfait that's quite the perfect treat. Crunchy muesli forms the base with a creamy hung curd mix resting on it and topped off with butter tossed pistachios, almonds, sweet chopped dates and finally some raisins. Deliciously healthy!

Sesame Chicken Bites: These crispy cousins of the now-famous chicken popcorn are, and believe us when we say this, quite addictive. Succulent chunks of deboned chicken rested-well in a spicy chilli-soy marinade are crumb fried until golden, garnished with sesame seeds for that extra nutty-crunch and served with a divine hot and sweet chilli-plum sauce.

Rabdi Qorma Jar

A new, exciting take on the classic Shahi Tukra… only richer and tastier! Chopped almond, cashew and pistachio combined with moist, crumbled khoa take in a velvety custard. Tiny roundels of sugar-syrup dipped bread, pistachio, cashew and strands of saffron for that touch of elegance round off the Rabdi Korma Jar.

Khubani Ka Meetha Jar

It almost seems like 'Qubani' or apricots found their way to the Indian sub-continent just so that they could nestle comfortably in a dessert like this. The classic Hyderabadi dessert goes contemporary! Soft vanilla cake is layered with sweet apricot compote and a delish combination of cream cheese and whipped cream. Wait! that's not all! A layer of raisin cake crumble as well as cream-cheese is topped off a with a spoonful of the jammy apricot mix and garnished with saffron strands, a delicate silver leaf, and pistachio slivers. Who knew happiness could be found in a humble glass jar?
