Tapas Platter

This popular form of eating – pick me up and pop me in your mouth – was in fact medically prescribed back in the 13th century to King Alfonso X of Castile. The king, while recuperating from an illness, was instructed to consume smaller portions of food with his drink. And the first form of Tapas was thus born! You will LOVE our take on the Tapas platter – a five-layered wonder dip made with hot refried-beans, sour cream, pico de gallo, cheddar, chopped pineapple and pomegranate seeds, served with 8 slices of buttered, toasted multi-grain garlic toast.
