Greek Roast Chicken Salad Wrap

Light, savoury and satiating, the Greek-inspired flavours give the roast chicken salad-wrap a hit of robustness. Chicken seasoned and marinated with garlic, thyme, oregano and hung curd is roasted to its succulent best, diced and tossed with lettuce, pepper, tomato, onion, English cucumber, olive, feta in a tangy vinaigrette; this wrap-to-be salad is then wrapped with a warm garlic-mayo smeared tortilla, making it a delicious super-light bite! 



For roasted chicken

Chicken breast - 100gms

Minced garlic - 1gms

Oil - 5ml

Fresh thyme - 1gm

Hung curd - 10gms



Oregano - 1gms

Lemon juice - 5ml

Tortilla wrap - 1

Iceberg lettuce - 15

Red pepper diced - 10gms

Green pepper diced - 10gms

Yellow pepper diced - 10gms

Tomato diced deseeded - 20gms

Onion diced - 10gms

English cucumber diced - 25gms

Black olives sliced - 5gms

Feta cheese - 5gms

Vinaigrette - 10ml

Parsley chopped - 1gm

Dry oregano - 0.5gm

Garlic mayonnaise - 20gms



    For Roasted Chicken. 

Marinate the chicken breast with salt, pepper and mince garlic. Add hung curd, oil and keep it marinated for 2 hours. Roast the marinated chicken in a hot oven,  slice it and keep it aside.

Warm tortilla both sides of a tortilla sheet on a hot plate.

Toss the vegetables and the chicken with vinaigrette dressing. Spread garlic mayonnaise on the warm tortilla wrap. Place the lettuce, then place the tossed vegetables and chicken on the centre of tortilla. Fold the sides of it and roll it tightly, cut it diagonally and serve.
