Over time, Cordon Bleu, literally translated as ‘blue ribbon’ (attributed to just the members of the highest order of knighthood), has found an extension in food prepared to the highest order.

Cordon Bleu is a name handed down to a dish of meat wrapped around cheese – we’ve turned this classic inside out giving it an Italian makeover. Into a creamy, parmesan-laden white sauce, flavoured with garlic and basil, a handful of al-dente spaghetti, carrot, zucchini and blanched chicken-ham are tossed, seasoned and served with two slices of multi-grain garlic bread.
