  Ingredients

Mango diced

Apples

Palm jaggery

Red chilli

Lemon juice

Roasted Coconut

 

For Salad

Keep the diced mango and apple julienne separate

Toss other salad ingredients in a bowl with onion relish.

Add chopped coriander, mint leaves and adjust seasoning

Do not add too much of the lettuce, it will make salad bitter

For Onion Relish

Grate palm jaggery, add chopped red chilli, lemon juice and adjust seasoning.

Add the onion relish to the salad.

In the end, add tuna and mango into the salad, together with the roasted desiccated coconut.

For the finish, add julienne of apple and serve.
