Hari’s passion is building organizations for scale through clear thinking and relentless execution. His writings reflect insights he has gained in this area. From being a hardcore business-oriented person, Hari has taught himself to be an out-and-out peoples’ person. Hari spoke about the work culture scenario that is most optimal for a Start-Up. Tracing the patterns of growth, leading through direction ➝micromanagement ➝ delegation ➝ control ➝ chaos ➝ coordination and focusing on the right balance between being agile and bureaucratic. He emphasized on learning from each other and asked a very relevant question: what is it that make employees in a Start-Up succeed? As questions were asked and answered, Hari zeroed in on three important qualities of an employee at a Start-Up: 1) Entrepreneurial Outlook; 2) Self-motivation; and 3) A team player attitude. He emphasized on how great ideas can come from anywhere, but innovation or the ability to execute those ideas is what makes the difference. Concluding his talk with employees of FreshMenu, he toyed around concepts like leader and team dynamics and reiterated on the qualities of an employee that would help a Start-Up grow exponentially.    Watch the whole video of Hari's inspiring talk here.
