Fatteh comes from the Arabic verb ‘fa-tta’ that refers to the process of crumbling bread into small pieces. Typically, Fatteh is a Middle Eastern dish (also sometimes known as fetteh) which consists of oven roasted chickpeas, pita bread, herbs and spices, topped with sour cream or yogurt.
We bring an innovative twist to the traditional Fatteh with our new salad. Packed with exotic ingredients such as Lebanese spiced grilled chicken, pepper julienne, chickpeas and candied lemon; and layered with sun dried tomatoes, almond flakes, mint, multigrain croutons and sumac spices; finally tossed in a yoghurt mint aioli dressing – this salad is a treat!
