To all the chocolate addicts out there, we got the perfect sugary delight for you. Chunks of chocolate are strewn across this hand ground and toasted Kodo Millet base brownie. Sticky and gooey choco-brownies anyone? We owe it to the Americans for introducing brownies to the rest of the world and we are so glad that they did!
Kodo millet - 40gm
Flour - 360gm
Butter - 250gm
Dark chocolate - 500gm
Castor sugar - 600gm
Walnut - 300gm
Baking powder - 8gm
Egg - 400gm
Vanilla essence - 20gm
Prepare a batter by melting butter in a heavy bottom pan.
Add broken chocolate pieces to it.
Slow whip egg and sugar till mixed completely.
Weigh all dry ingredients together.
Fold the chocolate/butter mixture into the egg batter and finally fold in the flour.
Add toasted Kodo millet along with toasted walnut.
Bake at 180*C till done.
