FreshMenu gets appetizing with its Premier Membership Program, FreshClub.
FreshMenu, has announced the launch of its new membership program, FreshClub. FreshClub members will enjoy benefits like early access to exclusive dishes, free shipping, and discounted prices on most products. Customers will also get a free 15-day trial period to experience FreshClub, beyond which they can continue the membership for a very nominal price of ₹99 for 3 months.

Since the inception of the program a few weeks ago, several dishes have been created for FreshClub customers and the response has been amazing. Special dishes like the Kosha Mangsho by food aficionado Bikramjit Ray (Executive Editor at BW Hotelier) and the in-house creation, Motichoor Phirni Mousse, have done extremely well. Christmas specials including the Dak Bungalow Roast and assorted Christmas Desserts have also been very popular.
In the beta trial, customers have shown that they really love the offering. FreshClub saw an incredible adoption rate of around 40% within 7 days of launch, with the number still on the rise. Exclusive dishes make up a big portion of sales. Customers have saved up to 25% on their orders, and the frequency of orders has increased 100%.
