I'm just someone who likes cooking and for whom sharing food is a form of expression.
Chefs don’t just make food, they make people happy. Our sous chef Bablu came to Bangalore from Kolkata, bringing along with him his love for food.
After 3 years of making our customers’ bellies happy, we spoke to him about his passion:
“If there’s a sure shot way of bringing a smile on someone’s face, it’s by cooking good food for them. And that’s my mission- to make the world a happier place with good food.”
“I make new dishes every day for FreshMenu. I am constantly experimenting and I have freedom to try my hands at anything. That’s the best part- my work here feels more like fun!” he said, when asked about his favorite part about working for FreshMenu.
What dishes does the expert chef relish, we wondered? This is what he had to said “I love everything, of course. But if I had to pick, I would say the Chicken Steak in Jack Daniel’s sauce and Mexican Burrito Bowl have stolen my heart.”
