Thai Green Curry
This fragrant and creamy green curry resonates aromatic Thai flavours. Fresh veggies like zucchini and aubergine are sauteed in Thai herbs, green curry paste, galangal and Kaffir lime leaf. This curry is cooked well until all elements blend together and is garnished with lemon juice. Served with flavourful steamed basil basmati rice. Broccoli may not be served due to seasonality issues.
Chicken Penang Kai
This oriental dish is a type of Thai curry that is thick, salty and sweet, with a mix of authentic flavours. Enjoy slices of boneless chicken, stir fried along with fresh peppers and veggies, tossed in flavourful galangal Kaffir lime, chilli and coconut curry. Served with refreshing basil steamed basmati rice, this dish is truly en-thai-cing!
Chicken Curry Laksa
A tasty and spicy Malaysian coconut based curry topped with shredded chicken. This famous dish from the Peranakan cuisine comes with chunks of boneless chicken tossed in sweet spicy and creamy coconut milk curry. Thai Red Curry
