We are taking variety of flavours to the next level - the taste from all corners of India for four unfathomably delicious days (11th May to 14th May, 2017) with exotic Indian dishes, you most definitely must have not tried yet. Come, discover the diverse taste of India like never before, while we venture into this irresistible journey from the north to the south; from the east to the west, of our vibrant (and not to mention, highly flavourful) country. It’s a delicious gastronomical journey you certainly wouldn’t want to miss.
Here’s a little preview of what’s coming:
Chingri Malai Curry (11th May, 2017)
Experience the richness of the Bengali culture as we take you to the east to delve into this savoury dish. Usually referred to as Chingri Macher Malai Curry, this festive dish resides in heart of the Bengalis. Prawns are cooked in coconut milk along with cream and aromatic saffron. Served with veg pulao, topped with pomegranate.
Rajma Chawal (11th May, 2017)
How could we possibly miss out on everyone’s comfort food? This ever so delicious and famous Punjabi dish comes with the lavishness of Kashmiri rajma prepared exactly how you like it and served with jeera rice in ghee and cottage cheese cutlet.
Saagwala Murg (12th May, 2017)
Delve into this unbelievably tender and delicious Punjabi dish of all times. Succulent chunks of boneless chicken is cooked in rich creamy spinach. This is tempered with methi leaf curry to perfection and garnished with fresh ginger and chilli julienne. Served on a bed of rice and tomato makhani gravy, this dish is an ultimate winner!
Dhansak Rice Bowl (12th May, 2017)
A delicious mix of hot & sweet, nice & spice.. that’s Parsi for you! This outstanding dish comes with a blend of fresh ingredients such as toor dal, red masoor, red pumpkin, bottle gourd, eggplant, fenugreek leaves and dhansak masala, mixed in Parsi rice.
Dal Gosht (13th May, 2017)
Explore Sindhi culture on the 13th and be amazed at this delicacy. Boneless mutton leg is perfectly cooked with chana dal blended with ghee and garam masala. Your taste buds will go wild in bewilderment.
Motichoor Mango Mousse (13th May, 2017)
Dig into this delicious fusion jar inspired by our very own motichoor originating from Uttar Pradesh. It is a delicacy formed with a sweet motichoor ladoo base, a layer of velvety rabri mousse, white chocolate ganache, a layer of fruity mango cream that is topped with pistachio flakes, silver leaf and mini cashew rocks.
Kerala Fish Curry (14th May, 2017)
Savour this juicy South Indian delight and experience the unique and indigenous flavours. Whole Tilapia is prepared with Malabar tamarind and curry leaves with other different herbs and spices. Every bite is worth savouring.
Rasgulla Mango Brulee (14th May, 2017)
An Indian dessert with a twist! It comes with Rasgulla and Alphonso mangoes baked on a layer of strawberry compote with a rich coconut based brulee custard. This sweet treat will make your mouth water for more!
